MR KIERAN T FLYNN
FOUNDER
The late founder of the Practice who qualified in 1954, receiving at the time, a gold medal on the Overend Scholarship and Incorporated Law Society. He has operated in practice at St. Michael Street, Tipperary since 1954 and the practice Areas, he would generally deal with are all practice Areas with a specialism in Claims and Litigation. Kieran’s love for the law and his clients is still evident in the practice and his legacy lives on.
RAYMOND FLYNN BCL

Raymond operates principally in the Probate and Wills, Conveyancing and Taxation and Company Law Areas with many offshoots over the years. He is also a qualified Mediator.
IAN FLYNN BCL

Ian qualified in 1989 and practices General Practice with specialisation in Litigation, Family Law, and District Court Practice of a Civil and Criminal nature. Ian is also a qualified Mediator.

CONSULTANT
Ursula is a qualified solicitor who practices in General Practice, with particular interest in Litigation, Child and Family Law and Residential Tenancies. She is also involved in Legal Research for the Firm.
